The idea
One room, open all day.
Margo doesn't keep restaurant hours. We open with the coffee grinder at eight and we're still pouring at eleven. Come for a flat white and a pastry; stay for a long lunch; drift back for small plates and a glass before the kitchen winds down at half ten.
The menu is seasonal and moves with the market. Vegetarian and vegan dishes sit alongside everything else — not as an afterthought — and gluten-free is happily handled on request.

The space
Warm light, worn wood, good noise.
A leafy-neighbourhood room built for lingering: terracotta tones, a marble coffee bar, big windows and a long communal table.

Single origin, brewed properly.
A rotating single-origin program — espresso, pour-over and batch brew — pulled by people who actually taste it. Order it black, or let our milk drinks do the talking.
